Further customization on an order (e.g. carnival tickets) outside of what is already stated in the listing will result in additional charges. This includes, but is not limited to, wording changes that are not specified as included in the price. You will be contacted for payment on additional charges before your order is started.

I do not offer gift wrapping and packaging as an option, but I do sell many types of unique packaging options, as well as gift tags.

If you are having trouble deciding between different shades or combinations of colors, message me before ordering. I will be happy to take photos of larger samples of the colors.

Once your order has been placed, that means you have already decided on your colors and it will be too late to change. I start prepping orders as soon as I receive them. If you change your mind, you will not receive a refund on material that has already been used.

Maximum turnaround times are listed in each listing. The majority of orders will ship by the following weekend.

However, if you placed an order for a special event that is coming up and need the items sooner than the turnaround time stated, please contact me! I may be able to get your order completed sooner.
